1. Everyone was attentive to our needs, and although we did not check in until after midnight, they cared enough to make sure things were perfect for us.

2. Parking is expensive by Cleveland standards ($18/day) and be careful, I assumed free local calls, so i made a call and they dinged me a buck, for a 30 second phone call.

3. If you are just looking for a quick 1 night for a game and do not care about the hotel condition, the hotel will be fine.

5. Called the corporate number for the hotel chain and spoke to their customer care staff, who called the hotel and said that the manager would come up and speak to me about all the problems, and would do so within the hour.

7. We did notice an error on our charge account bill when we got home, but when I called Ron to ask him about the charges, again, he took care of things for us.

9. We arrived at around 1030pm and the check-in clerk was wonderfully helpful to us highway-lagged travelers, getting us taken care of quickly and asking if we needed help carrying our gear (which we`d hauled in from the car) upstairs.
