1. Ask for the nice view of the great lakes, I was on the top top floor in a standard king room, it was a little lous, the bed was comfortable and nice, I wasnt too impressed with the bathroom though, had that OLD moldy smell to it.

3. Our assigned room turned out to be quite warm, and we were concerned that the lack of cool air during the previous two weeks plus the outside heat and humidity were going to prevent the room from getting comfortably cool by nighttime.

9. I personally prefer a softer mattress but the bed was equally as comfortable as the one I slept in the previous night at the MUCH pricier Intercontinental Suites hotel that is adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic.
