2. Back in our room, the bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean, except for the crumbled Oreo cookies in the corner behind the sofa, visible whenever we'd reach back there to turn on the light or plug in our laptop computer.

4. everything was great and would have rated this a 5 except for the hot water situation in the shower - the tap had been adjusted so that the warmest you could get the water in the bathtub/shower was tepid.

5. Hotel is downtown so no where to park except in their garage which is $18 a day, most of the staff was great but some seemed like they hated their life.

6. Room was clean, bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled, except for the shower that still had the origional pink tile, some of which were cracked and had grout missing.

7. Good: location, price, attractive, clean (with the exception of bedposts, coffee area and lamps - which were all heavily laden with dust), good service, cold beverages in gift shop (since our machine was broken that was handy).

9. The check in staff was excellent and efficient, in fact all of our dealings with the staff from check in to housekeeping to the restaurant, everyone without exception was pleasant, helpful, and tried hard to make our stay a positive experience.
