1. Not just this hotel, but maybe someone can invent a way for hotel doors to close quietly so people can sleep.

2. It was fairly quiet, but one thing that hotels don't seem to have figured out yet is that if someone can turn the knob of their door when the leave, They don't need to have it SLAM shut to wake everyone on their floor.
