8. It's one block from beautiful Newberry Street; connected to the Convention Center (so you can walk quite a ways in doors if it's raining); has plenty of restaurants all around (from high end to fast food) as well as a Trader Joes just a block away; 15 min from Fenway on foot; 5 min to the 'T'.
