1. It is very convenient and located within the premises of prudential center with access to the food court and some shopping.

2. However, when I asked to move to a quieter room the reception staff were excellent and very apologetic - got a free breakfast to compensate and was moved easily and conveniently.

6. Although it's very convenient for the Trolley Tour (which I didn't use) I noticed later in my stay that there are at least another two different Trolley Tour companies (which are also much cheaper).

10. We have to go back in June and may consider the Colonnade which we've been to before & love, or try the Hiilton (both also convenient) The best rate will most likely trump minor things.
