1. After asking to speak with the manager we had the extreme displeasure of meeting Justin Presnol - who was far from apologetic and truly cared not.

No tea arrived (although I was so sick I didn't really care) and no-one called to see if I was okay - it is of course possible that I was expecting too much, especially from such a large hotel but maybe some concern if a guest, checking in on her own, mentions she is unwell and breaks down in tears in front of you at check in???I was suffering from acute vertigo and became so unwell that after several hours of trying, managed to bundle myself into a cab and go to AE at Brigham and Womens Hospital - three hours in AE, $3000 bill but life savers.
