1. This hotel is a business hotel that goes out of its way to help families, but is ideal for the business traveller who would normally travel alone or with one other person.

8. Not only was I placed on a high floor (28th), I was also rewarded with a room on the Starwood Preferred Guest Level in the south tower (Smiling helps when requesting a room upgrade).
