1. I have to say the only reason I gave this hotel 4 stars was because there was construction going on during the day.

6. They were doing some repairs inside the hotel, so there was some hammering and drilling from 9 am until 5 pm - reasonable time, yet still somewhat stressful, as we arrived in the afternoon exhausted and wanted to nap, which was difficult because of the noise.

10. Most of the hotels had full occupation due to this huge conference, plus I've been told that May is graduation time, so that was the reason for accommodation being so expensive at that time ($180/night).
