1. The location of this hotel is great for those who like to walk around a city.

2. It is close to a lot of the main attractions of the city (in 5 days there I think Iused the subway once or twice) and also close to 2 subway stations, so more distant places like Harvard and the airport are easily within reach.

3. We slept with the windows open and didnt notice any of the people 'yelling and screaming' at 2am like they seemed to have happen on the nights they were there.

8. Everything was well kept and I feel like I saw housekeeping doing/cleaning something 24/7- which is important to me because I'm a germaphobe.

10. If you like to shop, you could walk to downtown crossing and they have Marshall's, TJ Maxx, CVS, and other stores.
