7. Staff at hotel were extremely helpful, especially the concierge team, with advice, especially on locations and how best to visit, decided to hire a car, all sorted virtually over the phone and delivered to the hotel.

8. The doormen at the Hilton Downtown also serve as the concierges -- the buddies in the bar talking about sports, the tour guides giving visitors advice about what to see, how to get places, the best food in town, etc.
