5. OK so the view out of the window was of scaffolding but who cares when the room is quiet and comfortable and the hotel is bang in the centre of town with only a moment or two to walk to Faneuil Hall and all the other attractions.

7. The only downside was that it cost $38 per night to park at the hotel, as it was the weekend we managed to park just behind in a car park for $10 a night but had to move the car by 5am for the monday morning, parked on the road and got a $40 parking fine, so just be careful where you park.

8. One of the party had elite status and supposed to be able to express check-in at Hilton group hotels but this hotel doesn't seem to care.

9. We leave our luggage at front desk and after we came back the person who take care about this he throwed my luggage in front of me and doesn't take care about it at all.

10. THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, AND THEY SEEMED TO GENUINELY CARE ABOUT OUR STAY THERE.
