1. The best 2 things about this hotel are the position(brilliant) and Mario the handyman who was disappointed to hear of our experiences when he came to show us how to use the shower.

9. Besides the fact that this hotel is a 1 minute walk to the subway, a walk to the North End, Waterfront and Downtown area, this hotel has not positives and the cons surely outweigh the pros.
