1. When booking the superior room, you have to do it from the Hotel website separate from your airline flight.

We went down to the front desk, waited in line for half hour, said we wanted to change rooms or that we wanted our extra money back because we had paid for their 'superior Room' and we were put in a room way below a regular standard room no greater then staying at a run down motel on the side of a Interstate in the middle of nowhere.

10. For our purposes on that trip it was fine but when we go for the week we are booking a superior room which is still really reasonably priced.
