1. The elevator was dirty , slow, hot and crowded getting off on to our floor wasn't any better, it felt like they had no air conditioning except when walking through the casino.

8. I was dreading staying here after reading the other reports and would advise anyone to ignor these as our experience was exceptional and i am not one to put up with dirty or unsuitable rooms or service.
