2. There are better hotels but do not worry if you are going to the Luxor it is adequate, clean and reasonably priced.

3. I believe that these rooms were being held for guests arriving the following day ( Saturday), mainly American or reasonably local, who could easily make return trips.

5. We booked through a travel agent in the UK so this may be a reason to this review being better than those who booked through 'Hotwire'.

6. There are some great restraurants in Las Vegas so really no reason to eat in casinos anyway.

7. There were a lot of dining and drinking options at this hotel, and the coupons booklets offered at the time of check-in helped keep the costs quite reasonable, as well as offsetting the beer and water purchases at the local ABC store or Walgreens.
