1. Remember, you are in Vegas so you have to have the right frame of mind, but we all agreed we were happy with our stay and would stay there again.

5. From housekeeping and buffet staff to the secruity on the casino floor who taught us how to play the slots :)Neither us or our new friends had any faults with staff anywhere and they were always happy to help, even declined tips.

6. Upon arrival at reception the receptionist wasnt very happy or helpful when i asked her about pool times, shows etc, she basicalyhy handed us our room key and not even a word to say enjoy your stay.

7. We were given a room in the East Tower as part of a cruise repositioning package for three nights and were surprisingly happy with the room after reading some of the complaints about the pyramid section (we stayed at the Aria on our last trip).

10. But when we saw the room, with holes in the carpets, scratches on the furniture, a Jacuzzi that doesn't actually work and towels that are almost, but not quite, thin and miserable looking, we stopped being so happy.
