1. The pool is VERY FAR from the rooms so that's not convenient and the elevators are extremely slow.

4. As much as its sheer size and the flow into the Mandalay and Excalibur were impressive and mighty and convenient, the Luxor itself felt tired and worn and could do with some freshening up both in the general areas and the rooms.

10. Tram to/from Excalibur/Mandalay Bay was a nice touch and convenient; only ate at food court late one night (actually the wife had something, I didn't), so didn't do any other resort restaurants at Luxor.
