1. The staff in general was not friendly.

2. The pool area left alot to be desired all the sun loungers were ontop of one another with no room to walk between and no umberellas in the general pool areas with temperatures at 105 whilst we were there.

5. We had a lovely suite and everything was generally clean and comfortable although the Air Conditioning wasn't working quite as well as I would have liked.

6. The only downside we had was that we weren't able to have drinks in the bars in the evening with our 14 year old daughter not a fault of the hotel just vegas in general.

7. As much as its sheer size and the flow into the Mandalay and Excalibur were impressive and mighty and convenient, the Luxor itself felt tired and worn and could do with some freshening up both in the general areas and the rooms.
