3. They would not move us unless we upgraded to the tower and spent another $25/night and at 6 nights we were not going to spend anymore money as the stupid 'resort fees' already got a chunk of our money (which we knew about and were prepared for) We called the front desk said someone would be right up - an hour went by and nothing Called back they said within the next 30 minutes - and they didn't seem like the cared if anyone showed up at all.

4. I stayed 3 nights here in may 2012 in one of the pyramid rooms when I checked in the girl on the desk didn't give a care in the world just keep trying to get me just to have a open tab on my credit card on the room and when I said no she just point to where I had to go and was very very rude didn't give me the free drinks vouchers or a thing till my friend said look where's he's resort fee stuff.

5. This is a super place and John takes care of us, I wouldn't think of going to stay elsewhere than Luxor.

8. It's not all I'm afraid: on my return to UK I had to find out they had charged my credit cards with extra 'purchases' (which obviously I had never made), and it took about 10 international phone calls in order to be connected to someone who could take care of the matter.
