1. The rooms all feature sleep number beds, which was a new experience for me and my girlfriends.

2. The bathrooms have recently had new sink/vanities installed, which are very nice, but the rest of the bathroom is getting old - the tile floors, tub/shower, and suspended ceiling tiles are all showing their age.

3. I just have to say, that as horrible as the whole situation is, I think the way I was treated and the fact that the EA and the insurance agent never had the audacity to return any of my calls or speak to me over the phone is more frustrating than the fact that my brand new car isn't getting fixed.

4. From the looks of the massive dent and scrape marks, it's very apparent that someone, while driving my brand new car that hadn't even had it's first oil change yet, took a corner too sharply and hit either the corner of a wall, or some kind of concrete pillar or pole.

7. I make frequent trips to Austin but will find a new hotel to stay in the next time I visit.

8. We didn't rent a car for sightseeing as parking at the hotel was expensive and the city has recently introduced new way of parking on the street which we were not comfortable with.

9. I am surprised that the new hotels in downtown Austin (including the W), haven't been enough for this hotel to investment staying modern and appealing.
