3. Surely you'd look again at the guest register if the caller said it was the wrong number? I feel sorry for the person trying to reach their friend or colleague because I wasn't best pleased.

7. The maid service was poor, radisson is an eco friendly hotel, and by default they only change bed sheets every 2nd day, we stayed for 3 and never had it changed .
