1. Not only was this property cheaper than the conference rate at the Hilton, but I got the '4th night free', which allowed me to stay the extra night, and not leave the conference before the end.

2. The location is good, but you can use hotwire or another website and stay at the W (5 stars) for cheaper and in the same area (within 2 blocks of 4th street).

6. The parking is expensive (as are all of the hotels), the internet use is extra (which I never can understand since cheaper hotels offer the use for free), but overall I was very happy.
