1. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day, and our impression of the hotel is that they take great care in training all of their staff in customer care, so while it was a more expensive option than many hotels in Austin I would certainly stay there again.

4. Stayed on business and didn't log a lot of time at the hotel, but a few impressions:- lobby is not overly spacious but everything you need is there and is clean and nicely appointed- smallish elevators but lots of them, never left waiting- pool area looked great, never had a chance to use it- didn't eat at the TGI Fridays, and I am sure it is as good as any others in the chain, just surprised that this would be the dining option in a 3.
