1. Surely you'd look again at the guest register if the caller said it was the wrong number? I feel sorry for the person trying to reach their friend or colleague because I wasn't best pleased.

6. I realise this is something Radisson boasts about having, but my husband and I can best compare it to a King sized air mattress that you can inflate and deflate, and thats exactly what it felt like.
