3. As far as location, the hotel was nested right in the center of town, walking distance to Austin's famous 6th Street and many restaurants (too bad it wasn't bat season in Austin, it would be been cool to see the famous bat colonies).

9. Even better are the very short walks to the Warehouse District, very cool area to hang out and the not much longer walk to the 6th Street District, on weekends, only drunken, belligerent, low 20 something's need apply.

10. Definitely check out the bats flying from the bridge right next to the hotel - very weird but very cool.
