1. the staff were the highlight - they were friendlywhile the location overall is good - the actual location has some quirks to arrive and to get quickly on on the highwaythe shuttle was a plus and one reason for choosing it - however the shuttle was off service at times - which worked ok since reimbursed for the taxithe first day the shower water was warm but not hot - better the next dayeven though the room was non smoking - it had a smoke like odor to itwould never stay here again.

5. Okay, the Plaza isn't the Ritz, but the rooms were clean, the staff was VERY pleasant, and the price was extremely reasonable.

7. The bathroom does not have a vent - for some reason it was permanently closed, so when you shower the mirror does get steamed up.
