7. The staff were very welcoming and they try hard to accommodate the travelers - since it is a bit further away from downtown than other hotels, they even have a shuttle for their guests.

10. When we arrived after a long day of travelling from Europe, we came to the hotel around 11 pm at night only to be told that they were completely full and couldn`t accommodate us, even though our reservation was fine.
