2. The staff is lovely, the shuttle is wonderful, the bed was very comfortable, and I asked for and got a quiet room.

3. and with downtown on one side and a beautiful lush neighborhood on the other, I even love walking around the area and if it's too cold or windy - there's a GREAT exercise center on the bottom floor.
