4. My wife and I were waiting for the elevator which seemed to be very slow on one side and broken on the other side and to top it off my wife was on cruches from a broken ankle we told an employee about the elevator and all he said was they were working earlier and left use to wait for it, went through this the whole stay we were on the 4th floor was`nt to happy.
