2. the staff were the highlight - they were friendlywhile the location overall is good - the actual location has some quirks to arrive and to get quickly on on the highwaythe shuttle was a plus and one reason for choosing it - however the shuttle was off service at times - which worked ok since reimbursed for the taxithe first day the shower water was warm but not hot - better the next dayeven though the room was non smoking - it had a smoke like odor to itwould never stay here again.
