1. Yes, the sliding door wouldn't latch and needs to be replaced but the weather was beautiful and didn't become a problem till the sand storm blew into town.

2. and with downtown on one side and a beautiful lush neighborhood on the other, I even love walking around the area and if it's too cold or windy - there's a GREAT exercise center on the bottom floor.

4. Yes, there was some freeway noise, as I was on that side of the building, but the beautiful room, great amenitites(a combo refrigerator-microwave in every room) and great staff & location can’t be beat.
