1. Again, I know the staff is not responsible for the condition of the building or its functions, I blame it solely on the owner who obviously doesn't care about his/her reputation or if he/she gets repeat business.

5. When I told the recceptionist that we had just called and advised we were after a seat on the 7am shuttle he just shrugged and said 'that wasnt me you spoke to - it was someone else' he didnt care.

7. Had a few lights out in our room and within 30 minutes of telling the fron desk things were taken care of.
