2. Ice machine worked great, our a/c-heater worked great (I have to have noise as I sleep at night- and it did not turn itself on and off like some a/c units do- this is VERY important to me, as I wake up if they turn theirself off .

4. I didn't like the cartoon channel, it had trash on it in the evening, which is when the kids would be watching it.

7. I REALLY like the fridge and microwave, my drinks were ice cold (I snack often), and the kids can get something to eat anytime.

8. the staff were the highlight - they were friendlywhile the location overall is good - the actual location has some quirks to arrive and to get quickly on on the highwaythe shuttle was a plus and one reason for choosing it - however the shuttle was off service at times - which worked ok since reimbursed for the taxithe first day the shower water was warm but not hot - better the next dayeven though the room was non smoking - it had a smoke like odor to itwould never stay here again.
