1. The entire staff for that matter were quite pleasant and very professional and went the extra step to make our stay more pleasant even carrying our heavy bags upstairs and down for us.

2. I did read some old bad reviews here but the motel has been renovated since with new management and I couldn't imagine any issue that they would not handle in a professional and caring way.
