1. We appreciate businesses and corporations in this day and age (of rudeness and no customer advocacy in general) that still pay attention to detail and care about providing great customer service.

3. The general manager, Tyler, was fantastic throughout our stay and made us feel more than welcome, giving us plenty of great advice on eateries, bus routes and places to go, so thank you Tyler.

4. For the final price of $150, the quality was lacking: the room and bathroom were small and somewhat shabby, mold around the outside of shower stall; a general repair and paint job would help.

5. Both Bruce and Raymond were helpful in giving us bus line info, general tourist information and arranged for a shuttle service to pick us up to go to the airport.

6. There were a couple of minor things which let this motel down unfortunately: the cleanliness was generally good apart from right in the corners.

Raymond in particular, whom we dealt with most during our 2 night stay, really allowed us to make the most of our short stay in SF by providing us with clear and concise guidelines for traveling round the city, excellent recommendations for things to do/see, and generally helping us to hit the ground running.

8. The moment we stepped in the lobby to check in we were greeted with a friendly smile from Tyler the general Manager and Bruce the front counter clerk.

9. We began each day with a visit to Raymond who, despite the fact that we were not paying guests, generously helped us plan our day's agenda, from bus routes to suggested destinations.

We booked for 3 nights but found on night 2 we wanted to leave the area and move on, at breakfast we told Raymond of our intention to check out early and we were told we would not be billed for the third night, which was generous as we were not within the 24 hours cancellation period and our receipt .
