1. We appreciate businesses and corporations in this day and age (of rudeness and no customer advocacy in general) that still pay attention to detail and care about providing great customer service.

3. The only thing I didn't care for was having to pay an extra $20 a night for my Dobie but I received a 20% off, mid week special, since I made my reservation online which helped.

4. That said, there is every bus imaginable right at the corner and the desk staff will be glad to provide maps and directions to any destination you might care to visit.

7. Both Nicolette and Raymond were always smiling (as was housekeeping, but unfortunately, I didn't get any names), and they truly wanted to make our stay comfortable and cared about us as guests.
