1. Part of the joy of staying in this place was the quietness, despite being so close to major traffic routes; the marina area within very easy walking distance has so many pleasant and interesting shops and restaurants it felt like an entire self-contained village.

3. The entire staff for that matter were quite pleasant and very professional and went the extra step to make our stay more pleasant even carrying our heavy bags upstairs and down for us.

5. Presidio Travelodge in San Francisco, was a very pleasant surprise, This hotel was clean, comfortable, recently renovated and better than any travelodge I ever stayed, it was a great price for San Francisco, anything less you wouldn't want to stay.
