4. The hotel is also situated near several bus lines, so if you're looking to go to places like Golden Gate Park or Chinatown, there's sure to be a bus route to suit your needs, and the aforementioned trio can help you in so many ways, all you need to do is ask.

5. Right from the get-go, Tyler did all he could to help us book and organise our stay while still in New Zealand; we had immediate confidence we were dealing with real people.

With a clutch of coloured marker pens and booming helpful advice (it really was) , he drew our necessary bus routes on the map, suggested places to visit once our rehearsal work was done, restaurants to visit (at the time of our visit he had been to 402 in the area) and even checked on bus timetables so we didn't have to stand waiting for one.
