The room itself is spacious enough, with high ceilings and vertically striped wall coverings adding to an even larger feel; but the cramped bathroom is in fact an absolute, unqualified disaster with mismatched ceramic tile and shifting floor gaps, a completely rusted and pitted vanity mirror, extremely poor lighting, lousy water pressure in the shower, a toilet with decaying paint enamel and failing flushometer, and and exhaust fan that is so loud you can't hear the TV which is less than 3 feet away.
