1. walking the 2 blocks on the way to union square was a daily ordeal for me in which i clung onto my boyfriend and walked as fast as I could without attracting too much attention.

10. My check in was fast and the lady (Olga) was very nice to me, and I got a room in the back of the hotel which was far from the elevators, and looked out on a vacant lot which separated me from the nearest street by the distance of a full football field.
