1. Elevators are slow and small and in the morning if you need to be on time for something better plan to take the stairs.

7. The location wasn't too bad, though with a front facing room, the trams and homeless people outside did cause a lot of noise through the night/early morning (on 4th floor), something double glazing/better windows could sort easily.

10. The lobby and hotel are indeed beautiful, and although the rooms have seen better days, they have character and there is nothing really wrong with them.
