9. Before ending up at the Whitcomb I did a fair bit of research about the area and the facilities and I told my friend that it'd either be 'a great deal or a horrible one'.

10. As others have said the Starbucks in the lobby is a great idea to start your day and overall I would have been happy if the hotel had been more organized.
