8. He was funny, he was interesting, and he always made sure that the people staying in the hotel were taken care of, but from my few days heading down to the bar at the end of the night I was able to see he also took care of the locals the frequented the bar nightly.

10. But I wonder if the police don't take care of the Financial District, do they really watch any place? Walking to and from the Warfield Theatre, I passed by plenty of homeless people and/or drug dealers, but nobody threatened me.
