2. the manager even asked us if we were with the 'Contiki' group because we were young- this is very offensive jsut because we are young, doesn't mean we are stupid and complaining just to get a cheaper or free room, which didn't even happen.

6. We chose the Whitcombe because it was much cheaper than the alternatives near Fishermans wharfe but is on the 'F' line.

The hotel is about 20 minutes from San Francisco airport and there are plenty of taxi's waiting outside the arrivals area, you can book an airport shuttle bus to take you back to the airport this is located in the reception area of the hotel, it costs $17 per person which is cheaper than a local taxi.
