4. The room I had appeared to be newly renovated - it was very clean and in excellent condition, except the windows which seemed ancient.

5. As we were out and about during the first full day, they did move our bags to a new set of adjoining rooms (2 doubles in each) and nothing was missing or misplaced so that was garnish.

8. ) The desk lamp had a faulty power outlet (ie, to plug your computer into, rather than reaching under the desk) and the building engineer quickly swapped out a new one when I called about it.
