5. We had been concerned about the noise problems mentioned by others on Trip Advisor so emailed the hotel before our stay and they assured us that they would take care of our concerns by allocating a room where this would not be a problem.

9. I found out later that the staff was in on the suprise as they were keeping me occupied with conversation about where I was from while he went and got the key and the registration taken care of.
