1. The room I had appeared to be newly renovated - it was very clean and in excellent condition, except the windows which seemed ancient.

4. I then stayed at Hilton in China Town , san fransico - opposite experience - half the price, rooms modern and clean, staff helpful except the staff in the dining room who seem to be under some sort of sleepy spell - in conclusion, hilton in China town rocks.

7. The hotel is only four stories tall (three have rooms) so don't expect a great view except of the buildong on the other side of the street.

8. The cost of parking is ridiculous in SF and this hotel is no exception but you can park yourself for a small saving rather than valet parking.
