4. The elevators were slow and I understand some of the complaints about the property; however, we had a great stay and would go back again when visiting San Francisco.

5. Only complaint is the over-priced breakfast a real disappointment as most other Hilton breakfasts great, my advice is don't bother with it and pop next door to the Dennys in the Holiday Inn or Starbucks just round the corner, definately not worth $18.

6. great location can easily walk to many attractions including Fisherman's wharf of course, Pier 39, Union Square and then the cable car stop and tour bus stop too.
