7. My family and I often stay at less expensive hotels so I'm not one with unrealistically high expectations but this hotel, despite its very good location, had terrible beds that prevented getting a full night's sleep.

As a hilton honors rewards member I was given vouchers for a free buffet breakfast which was good, however there was an addittional $5 charge if you had anything 'hot' from the buffet which I thought was a little unecessary - if you want your egg cold (they had cold eggs) fine but want it hot and that will be $5.
